We had a brake caliper freeze up on us while going up Hwy 23. GPS brought us to this garage and I am so relieved it did. Polite, respectful guys who did all they could to find the parts to get us back on the road. If I have a regret, it is that I don't live in the area to give them more of my business.

I couldn't be happier about the service I received from Hamburg Garage. There were several options of how to service my vehicle, and they were all explained in detail so I could make an informed decision. The service writer Dan really made me feel like he wanted to do what was best for me, not the shop. And I couldn't believe how quickly the mechanics completed the work! I'll definitely return for any future service I need, with confidence that I can trust them.

Friendly and knowledgeable auto service place

Had a bit of a mix up where I had called another auto shop thinking it was them. When I can in after figuring out that I had called the wrong place they still looked at my car and gave me a loaner and got my car fixed quickly. Will continue to go for future auto work!

I really like The Hamburg Garage. Everyone is friendly and they bend over backwards to accommodate schedules, etc. Last winter, my tire light came on and it was -15 degrees out! I pulled in and they checked my tired pressure right away. Very helpful!

They installed a catback exhaust system on my 2016 Mustang. They were able to make my appointment request and they got me in and out of there quickly. Very fairly priced and did a fantastic job. Seem very trust worthy (even to a skeptic like me). Can't ask for much more in a mechanic. I will use no other shop for my auto repairs.
