My 2010 Jeep Compass broke down due to rusted out undercarriage. The guys at the shop, particularly Matt and Dan helped me above and beyond my expectations! I found them honest and empathetic to my dilemma. They even said the repair wasn't a good idea as they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be future problems turning down a $4,800.00 job. I was most grateful for their honesty. Dan also checked out my potential new used car to replace my Jeep. I will stay loyal to Hamburg Garage and would recommend this facility to everyone! I don't understand the negative reviews I saw on the review page. But I guess some people will never be satisfied.

Needed a quick tune up and checkup before a long trip and they fit me in right away. Items found that needed work were taken care of in just one day so the vehicle was ready for my trip which went smoothly despite lots of hot weather and mountain driving. Highly recommended. Thanks.
